其到了青島，每年的啤酒節(jié)的時(shí)候，很多人都會(huì)來(lái)青島參觀，很多的路邊攤上都是大桶的啤酒，對(duì)于購(gòu)買的人，只需要用袋子裝下就可以，非常的方便，對(duì)于商家來(lái)說(shuō)袋子的也更便宜，所以也節(jié)省了成本?？梢哉f(shuō)塑料袋無(wú)論是裝水裝啤酒或者是裝固態(tài)的東西都是非常的，但是我們也發(fā)現(xiàn)塑料袋唯獨(dú)不能裝油，會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)滲漏的現(xiàn)象。所以很多人也是非常的不理解，為什么同樣是液體，無(wú)論是裝水或者是裝啤酒都不會(huì)滲透出來(lái)，但是裝油類卻會(huì)發(fā)生滲出來(lái)的現(xiàn)象

塑料袋其實(shí)也有各種質(zhì)量的，也分不同的。對(duì)于普通商家來(lái)說(shuō)，當(dāng)然是盡可能的便宜。而且生產(chǎn)塑料袋的廠家在生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中會(huì)加入一些填充的材料，例如石灰粉。我們知道這種材料其實(shí)是有輕微的腐蝕成分的，所以會(huì)導(dǎo)致塑料袋的分子之間存在一定的間隙。只是非常小，我們用肉眼是無(wú)法看到的。水和啤酒的密度，相對(duì)來(lái)說(shuō)都比油大一些。

也就是說(shuō)它們的分子結(jié)構(gòu)在體積上要大于油。而且水分子結(jié)構(gòu)本身就大，再加上它有表面的張力，所以同樣一個(gè)塑料袋裝水或者啤酒的時(shí)候，都不會(huì)發(fā)生滲漏的現(xiàn)象，但是裝油的時(shí)候就會(huì)發(fā)生。

That is to say, their molecular structure is larger in volume than oil. Moreover, the structure of water molecules themselves is large, coupled with their surface tension, so when a plastic bag is filled with water or beer, there will be no leakage, but when it is filled with oil, it will occur.

當(dāng)然也不全是油的原因，還有一方面就是塑料袋，因?yàn)樗芰洗饕纳a(chǎn)成分是聚氯乙烯，和油一樣都屬于有機(jī)物。我們知道在物理學(xué)上有一種相溶的原理，也就是說(shuō)油可以隨著時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng)，而不斷的溶解塑料袋本身。但是水和塑料袋是完全不同的成分，自然也就不會(huì)發(fā)生溶解的現(xiàn)象。

Of course, it's not entirely due to oil, but also plastic bags, because the main production component of plastic bags is polyvinyl chloride, which, like oil, belongs to organic matter. We know that there is a principle of compatibility in physics, which means that oil can continuously dissolve the plastic bag itself over time. But water and plastic bags are completely different components, so naturally there will be no dissolution phenomenon.

在不斷的溶解過(guò)程中，塑料本身就會(huì)發(fā)生一些間隙，再就是因?yàn)橛偷姆肿咏Y(jié)構(gòu)比袋子的間隙還要小一些，所以就會(huì)發(fā)生滲透的現(xiàn)象。所以油類裝進(jìn)塑料袋的時(shí)候之所以會(huì)滲透出來(lái)，一方面是塑料袋本身的原因，另一方面就是有本身的原因。本身因?yàn)橛皖惖慕Y(jié)構(gòu)較小就會(huì)發(fā)生滲漏，再加上溶解的過(guò)程中就會(huì)導(dǎo)致縫隙越來(lái)越大，滲透越來(lái)越多。

During the continuous dissolution process, there will be some gaps in the plastic itself, and because the molecular structure of the oil is smaller than the gaps in the bag, permeation will occur. So the reason why oil seeps out when packed into plastic bags is partly due to the plastic bags themselves, and partly due to their own reasons. Due to the small structure of oil itself, leakage occurs, and the dissolution process leads to larger gaps and more permeation.
